Directions:
From Austin:
Take Hwy 71 East
Turn right (south) on Ross Rd (Stop Light here)~this is East of toll road 130~Take Ross Rd until it runs into stop light at County Rd 535 (also called Pearce Lane). Turn left (east) on Pearce Lane. Go for approximately 8 miles. You will pass a 4 way stop at Wolfe Lane. You will also pass Star Ranch on your left. The Chuckling Hound will be down a bit on your left just past a large white house on the right with white large buildings behind it. The entrance is a small gate JUST BEFORE Northside Lane. If you get to Bastrop County Annex Building, you have gone too far.
From Pflugerville/Round Rock:
Take Toll Road 130 South
Exit Pearce Lane.
Go Left (East) on Pearce Lane (also called 535)
Take Pearce 9.2 miles
You will pass a 4 way stop at Wolfe Lane. You will also pass Star Ranch on your left. The Chuckling Hound will be down a bit on your left just past a large white house on the right with large white buildings behind it. The entrance is a small gate JUST BEFORE Northside Lane. If you get to the Bastrop County Annex Building, you have gone too far.
From Bastrop:
Take Hwy 71 West
Exit on Hwy 21 (south and west). Go left (south) under Hwy 71. You are now on Hwy 21 South. Take this down to the light at HWY 535 (also called Pearce Lane). Turn Right. Go for 2.1 miles. The Chuckling Hound will be on your right just before a white house on the left with large white buildings behind it. The entrance is a small gate JUST AFTER Northside Lane.
From Buda:
If coming from the south (San Marcos) or north (Waco) take the toll road (130/45) and exit at Pearce Lane. Go Right (East) on Pearce Lane. We are 9.2 miles east. The Chuckling Hound will be on your left just past a large white house on the right with large white buildings behind it. The entrance is a small gate JUST BEFORE Northside Lane. If you get to the Bastrop County Annex Building, you have gone too far.
